In the course of providing photography, videography, drone, 3D tour, and floor plan Services, we may capture images and footage of real estate property, including its interior and exterior, and, incidentally, individuals present at the property at the time of the shoot. We do not intentionally photograph individuals as the subject of real estate marketing content. The Client is solely responsible for notifying all occupants, residents, and visitors of the property about the scheduled shoot and obtaining any necessary privacy consents. Delivered media files may also contain embedded metadata, such as the date and time of capture, camera settings, and location information where applicable.
